Linela is a family-run, customised embroidery and printed product business, specialising in school uniforms, kit and sportswear. LInela pride themselves on the quality of their products and service, creating bespoke solutions to their customers' needs.
Linela came to us with a serious issue relating to their existing website which was beginning to break down. We discovered it had been developed using out-dated methods and was left totally unsupported as their previous agency had employed a freelance developer who had since disappeared.
After much deliberation, Linela accepted our advice to start over but this time with a fully-supported, content-managed Ecommerce platform that would be user-friendly, easy-to-operate, secure and updatable for many years to come.
A unique 'shop' brand identity was created together with responsive page layouts that delivered a dynamic user experience (UX) on both desktop and mobile devices. Our policy of 'mobile-first' provided bold, easy to navigate pages and content for smartphone or tablet.
A welcome surprise for the client was the integration of a customised content management (CMS) platform, allowing them to easily create client online stores, manage stock, change prices and add new products by themselves, all without a problem.
